7/12/11

こんいちは!だいじょぶですか。Today was the second day of class and boy did we learn some semi confusing stuff! Well, for starters, we've learned of the て form, which like with Verbs and Adjectives, is a congregation. Thankfully for us, it makes verb congregation a little easier, as て form is the shorter form of congregation. Although it isn't a replacement for the tenses.

Ru Verbs: You take out the る and just add て for all of these types of verbs.

Irregular Verbs: I've come up with an easy way to remember how to do these.
- する=> す sushi rolls into し, then you take out the る like with regular Ru verbs and add a て at the end of it. する=して
-くる=> く sushi rolls into き, then you do the same with the Ru as the last time and take it out, and replace it with a て。

U Verbs: (A whole different matter completely!!)
(う、つ、る)
う:あう=あって
つ:まつ=まって
る:とる=とって

(む、ぶ、ぬ)
む:よむ=よんで
ぶ:あそぶ=あそんで
ぬ:しぬ=しんで

(く)
く:かく=かいて
*いく=いって

(ぐ)
ぐ:いそぐ=いそいで (Kinda like Ku but with a De instead of Te)

(す)
す:はなす=はなして

after this strenuous new rule we've gone over our four new Kanji as well as review. The te rule isn't so bad, although I am not sure if it is for present tense or in general? Well, anyways, I am sure I'll know soon enough, I now reconize words I've heard before so it is a big help^^ Now I shall clean up the living room, then study study study for tomorrow's quiz!! じゃまったね!!
